Play with layers and appliqués! Sewing on decorative stitches on SATIN material has never been easier! No more puckering, no more ugly wavy lines. Add  embellishments effortlessly and wow everyone with how smooth your stitches are!

The SATIN Stitch Foot has a wide needle hole opening to accommodate decorative stitching, as well as a large tunnel/ groove on the underside to allow extra thickness of thread.  The tunnel/ groove also helps by enabling the foot to glide freely over dense stitching.

  • Stainless Steel
  • Foot made of clear plastic for easy viewing of stitching
  • Easy to use, durable
  • Suitable for most domestic sewing machines which have snap-on presser feet. If you do not need to use a screw to attach your presser feet, then yours is a snap-on.
  • Fits: Singer, Brother, Babylock, Euro-Pro, Janome, Kenmore, White, Juki, Bernina (Bernette Series), New Home, Necchi, Elna and more!

Note: Do not use on Singer Slant Shank models.Do not use on Janome & Janome made (Kenmore Elna) top loading bobbin sewing machines as the center needle position is different, both left to right and front to bac

Snap on and use regular zig-zag stitch (if your sewing machine does not have a satin stitch setting). You can put with a stabiliser for more steady sewing.

There are many uses for the SATIN Stitch Foot! It is most commonly used for decorative stitching or for sewing on satin stitches (which are great filler stitches for embroidery!)

Amazing for adding appliques (decorative shapes added to base fabric) to create interesting and layered designs. These are best sewn on using satin stitching to enclose the raw edges for smooth finishes.

Great for attaching ribbons or narrow trims – The groove under the foot provides a channel so that the ribbons can pass through freely, and also serves as a guide to help the ribbons stay in place as you sew.

Helps to attach narrow elastic to fabric The groove under the foot provides a nice guide to hold the elastic in place while sewing. Mark the stitching line with a fabric marker and select a zig zag or triple zig zag stitch. Set the width so that it is wide enough to cover the width of the elastic.
